I know many business owners who are wasting a TON of time on social networks (especially on their Facebook fan pages!) and getting very little to show for it, but Instagram is different. #3. Your content isn’t buried within seconds like it is on Twitter.
#4. It is very little work (one of the best things about it, in my opinion). You don’t have to post multiple times a day like Facebook and Twitter to see great results. You can easily use your Instagram posts on your Facebook page, and you will get more visibility on those Facebook posts because Facebook is promoting Instagram (they bought Instagram in 2012). You can also use your Instagram posts for Twitter and your blog, saving even more time.
When your prospects see your posts on Instagram, you have their full attention. They only see one post at a time in their news feed, and there are no distractions like there are on Facebook and Twitter (where there are tons of links and ads).
“I’m already on Facebook so why Instagram?”
Yes, I know. You’re already on Facebook and Twitter — why Instagram? Everyone loves pictures and Instagram is visual. Visuals are very powerful and can grab your viewers’ attention quickly.
